Across Markus Schulz's storied career, having the opportunity to contribute to the prestige and heritage of the In Search of Sunrise mix compilation series is something held dear to his heart.
For installment 16, his third successive contribution, he relies on a helping hand from the lady dearest to him, as the Markus Schulz and Adina Butar unison shines again for the aptly titled In Search of Sunrise.
With the compilation's arrival (Mixed by Markus Schulz, Giuseppe Ottaviani and Roger Shah under his Sunlounger alias), the single of the same name acts as a week-long precursor, and adds to previous M&A ISOS tandem Breathe Me to Life.
However, while that was built for trance's energetic peak hours, In Search of Sunrise glistens with sweetness and tender tones; reflecting on the enhanced stature of isolation in 2020, with a nod to brighter times ahead.
In Search of Sunrise arrives on Friday July 31, followed by In Search of Sunrise 16 on Friday August 7, and will also appear on Markus Schulz's upcoming artist album later this year.
